1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times

Because we work with global fulfillment partners to source high-quality products directly from the manufacturer, our delivery windows are estimated as follows:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–15 business days for delivery once the item has shipped.

• Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons.
